trauma intensives

a jumpstart to your healing: these sessions use a combination of EMDR, brainspotting, parts work, and mindfulness to accelerate and encourage progress. must be approved for readiness by Faith prior to booking. a minimum of 2 hours required for booking.
group therapy / coaching

(minimum 3 people)
helping you feel less alone: organized by Faith and available on a wide range of topics. current clients can request specific groups to be created!
psychoeducation classes

(minimum 5 people)
teach a group about mental health and wellness: great for schools, businesses, and retreat groups. available on a wide range of topics, including trauma, addiction, perfectionism, acceptance, self-care, and more!
